These Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern your receipt of messages from GhostMonitor Inc. d/b/a Recart ("Recart," "we," "us," or "our") through SMS, MMS, and RCS (Rich Communication Services). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from Recart, you agree to these Messaging Terms. These Messaging Terms supplement, and are in addition to, Recart's Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
You acknowledge that you are providing prior express written consent to receive marketing messages, recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Recart, including text messages, RCS messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Text the keyword STOP to unsubscribe.
Recart operates a messaging program through which we may send recurring automated promotional — including, for example, demonstration messages (such as sample campaign demos), product updates, and marketing messages about Recart's services — via SMS, MMS, and/or RCS to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up. You acknowledge that you are providing prior express written consent to receive these messages. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of Recart's services.
Message frequency varies. Recart reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Recart also reserves the right to change the shortcode, phone number, or RCS Agent from which messages are sent, and we will notify you when we do so.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. SMS and MMS messages are charged according to your wireless plan. RCS messages use mobile data or Wi-Fi rather than SMS credits, but data charges from your carrier may still apply.
Text the keyword STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel. After texting STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our messaging platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE keyword commands, and you agree that Recart and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. RCS messages may not be deliverable if the recipient's device, operating system, or mobile network does not support RCS; in that case, messages may fall back to SMS or MMS where available. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Recart, its service providers, and the mobile carriers that support the program are likewise not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T,Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). Supported carriers may change without notice and we are not liable for messages that are delayed or undelivered by your carrier.
By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the account holder of, or have authority to provide consent for, the mobile phone number provided.
